Here you can learn more about our construction project in the \u2018G\u00fcterbahnhof Nord\u2019 district of Freiburg im Breisgau. Approximately 230 flats are being built in 10 buildings on the site, grouped around 2 inner courtyards<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

4th construction phase<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Marketing of the third construction phase (BA), with the Nestbau\u00b3 S\u00fcd eGbR building cooperative (registered partnership under civil law), including buildings 1, 2, and 3, is underway. The expos\u00e9s for the apartments are available for download here<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Current occupancy status 4th contruction phase:<\/span> Building 4 is 79% occupied \u2013 Building 9 is 87% occupied \u2013 Building 10 is 92% occupied<\/span><\/p>\n

The Nestbau\u00b3 Nord eGbR building cooperative (buildings 5 \u200b\u200band 6) and the Nestbau\u00b3 Ost eGbR building cooperative (buildings 7 and 8) are occupied, with occupancy starting in March 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n
