Here you can learn more about our construction project in the ‘Güterbahnhof Nord’ district of Freiburg im Breisgau. Approximately 230 flats are being built in 10 buildings on the site, grouped around 2 inner courtyards.

4th construction phase

Marketing of the third construction phase (BA), with the Nestbau³ Süd eGbR building cooperative (registered partnership under civil law), including buildings 1, 2, and 3, is underway. The exposés for the apartments are available for download here.

Current occupancy status 4th contruction phase: Building 4 is 74% occupied – Building 9 is 80% occupied – Building 10 is 84% occupied

The Nestbau³ Nord eGbR building cooperative (buildings 5 and 6) and the Nestbau³ Ost eGbR building cooperative (buildings 7 and 8) are occupied, with occupancy starting in March 2026.

House 5 – Parquet installer has started the work (05.03.26)

House 5 – Electrical Work

House 6 – Screed is being installed from the ground floor to the 2nd floor (05.03.26)

House 7 – Drywall work, walls will be covered on one side (20.2.26)

House 4 – the walls are already being erected on the 2nd floor. (03/05/26)

House 9 – the last partial ceiling over the basement is being laid. In the 2nd section of House 9, the walls on the ground floor are being erected. (05.03.26)
