to the homepage of Baugemeinschaften Nestbau³ in Freiburg!

Here you can learn more about our construction project in the ‘Güterbahnhof Nord’ district of Freiburg im Breisgau. Approximately 179 flats are being built in 10 buildings on the site, grouped around 2 inner courtyards.

We are currently preparing the construction of the first four houses (house 5 to house 8, construction phases 1 and 2) and are still looking for members.

 

Here you will find up-to-date information on the KfW loan and the degressive depreciation (deduction for wear and tear)

 

The four buildings will be built by two property development cooperatives:

Baugemeinschaft Nestbau³ Nord GbR (Building 5 and Building 6)

Siteplan Baugemeinschaft Nestbau3 Nord GbR

and

Baugemeinschaft Nestbau³ Ost GbR (Building 7 and Building 8)

Siteplan Baugemeinschaft Nestbau3 Ost GbR

 

 

The building application for the four site sections was submitted on 15 May 2023, and construction is scheduled to start in spring 2024!
