Here you can learn more about our construction project in the ‘Güterbahnhof Nord’ district of Freiburg im Breisgau. Approximately 230 flats are being built in 10 buildings on the site, grouped around 2 inner courtyards.

 

4th construction phase

For houses 1, 2, and 3 of the 4th construction phase (CP), with the building cooperative Nestbau³ Süd eGbR (registered civil law partnership), the construction work has begun. The exposés for the apartments are available for download here.

Occupancy status of the 3th contruction phase (CP): Building 4 is 84% occupied – Building 9 is 79% occupied.

Occupancy status of the 4th construction phase (CP): Building 1 is 36% occupied – Building 2 is 70% occupied – Building 3 is 40% occupied.

The Nestbau³ Nord eGbR building cooperative (buildings 5 ​​and 6) and the Nestbau³ Ost eGbR building cooperative (buildings 7 and 8) are occupied.

House 10 of the Nestbau³ Mitte eGbR building cooperative is now 100% occupied.
