Construction status:

House 5 

  • All the apartments have been handed over.
  • The painter has finished the staircase.
  • Remaining work in the staircase and basements is in full swing.

House 6

  • The painter has applied the final coat in all apartments.
  • The tiler has started the work.
  • The parquet installer has started the work.
  • The electrician is wiring the media distributors and sockets.
  • The facade has been dismantled.
  • Wooden coverings on the balconies are installed.
  • Concrete slabs are currently being laid on the balconies.
  • The access path is being built.

 

The following trades have been awarded:

  • Formwork, earthworks, shell construction, reinforced concrete, scaffolding, windows, electrical, ventilation, sun protection, apartment doors, lightning protection, drywall construction, waterproofing, steel doors, heating and sanitary, locksmith, carpentry work on balconies, green roof, rolling gate, concrete drilling and sawing, parquet work, tiling, natural stone work, Interior doors, painting work, basement partitions, sheet metal work, ETICS, construction cleaning, Mailboxes, locking system, Carpentry work, balcony coverings, underground garage coating.

 

Further procedure on the construction site House 5 and House 6:

  • House 5 handover of the apartments to the owners has taken place
  • House 6 completion of tiling work
  • House 6 completion of parquet work
  • House 6 completion of sanitary installation in the basement
  • House 6 installation of basement partition walls
  • House 6 installation of interior doors

House 7 

  • The screed has been applied.
  • The walls are closed on both sides, and the seams and ceilings are plastered.
  • Suspended ceilings are installed.
  • The access pathway is being finished.
  • After applying all insulation materials, the facade will be plastered.

House 8

  • Roof insulation including green roof and PV system completed
  • Start of HLSE preliminary installation in the apartments and basements
  • ETICS work ongoing, corner rails and reinforcement being installed
  • Underground garage coating completed
  • Mailbox frames installed by the locksmith
  • Interior window sills partially installed

  • Earthworks, Shell construction, Wu concrete, Ventilation, Scaffolding, Ventilation work, WE doors, Lightning protection, Electrical, Windows, Heating/plumbing, roof waterproofing, basement partition walls, sun protection, interior plaster (circular resolution), drywall (circular resolution), Green roof, screed work, parquet, locksmith work, interior doors, tiling work, construction cleaning, Carpentry work, balcony coverings, mailboxes, ETICS, painting work, outdoor facilities, double parking systems, blower door, Concrete drilling work, underground garage coating, sheet metal work, locking system

 

Further procedure on the construction site House 7 and House 8:

  • Plastering and painting walls
  • Laying floor coverings

 

House 4, House 9 and House 10

  • The scaffolding is being set up alongside the shell construction
  • House 4 – The ceiling over the attic and penthouse is being built
    – Windows up to the 3rd floor are installed, the rest after the summer break
  • House 9 – The ceiling over the 3rd floor will be installed next week
    – Windows up to the 2nd floor installed
  • House 10 – Walls for the 3rd floor are up
    – Ceiling over the 3rd floor is being built
  • The underground garage ceiling is now fully concreted
  • Steel doors in the basement are installed
  • The ventilation installer has started the rough installation
    – Scaffolding is being set up alongside the shell construction

 

The following trades have been awarded:

  • Explosive ordnance survey, earthworks, shell construction, shoring, electrical, lightning protection, ventilation, steel doors, residential unit doors, scaffolding, windows, sealing

 

Further procedure on the construction site House 4, House 9 and House 10:

  • Completion of the shell of House 4, ceiling of the 3rd floor in House 9, ceiling of the 2nd floor in House 10.
  • Set up house connection for electricity and telecom, has been applied for, date still unclear.
  • Work preparation for windows in House 9 and 10.

 

House 1, House 2 and House 3

  • The excavation of House 1 is complete
  • Shoring for House 1 has been installed

 

Further procedure on the construction site House 4, House 9 and House 10:

  • Move the crane
  • Complete the shoring
  • Excavation of Houses 2 and 3
  • Pour the foundation slab
  • Connect the middle underground garage

Bundesminesterium für Wohnen, Stadtentwicklung und Bauwesen

We have received KfW funding, climate-friendly new construction with QNG (loan 298) for all apartments.

For apartments in houses 4, 9 + 10 you can submit individual applications for a KfW loan in programs 297, 298 or 300 (for families with children under 18 years of age).

This funding program can be accessed for all apartments via the Sparkasse Freiburg-Nördlicher Breisgau.

For houses 4, 9 and 10, you can submit individual applications for KfW loans with updated conditions via the Sparkasse Freiburg as a “pass-on bank”.

All residential buildings, except for House 2 in the quarter, will receive the “Sustainable Building Plus Quality Seal” (QNG seal) and will be built to the Energy Standard Efficiency House Level 40. This gives you the opportunity to take advantage of KfW’s low-interest loan for climate-friendly new construction for your financing. (see above)

The application for the development loan is handled by the Sparkasse Freiburg Nördlicher Breisgau.

If you have already attended an information event and are interested in learning more, you will have the chance to meet with the project management or architects of the individual buildings for personalized guidance and advice starting at 5 pm, before the event.
