House 5 Pipe Installation – Water Pipes, Heating Pipes, and Wastewater Pipes
House 5 – Attic ventilation system rise

House 8 – Ceiling over the 2nd floor will be installed in week 25 and poured in week 26.
Construction status:
House 5 and House 6
- The shell construction is completely finished and scaffolded.
- Windows for houses 5 and 6 are fully installed.
- The sun protection for house 5 is complete, and for house 6, it is 90% installed.
- The roof of house 5 is completely insulated and sealed; for house 6, the vapor barrier is in place.
- The frames of the residential unit doors are installed.
- Steel doors in the basement of houses 5 and 6 are fully installed.
- The interior plaster for house 5 is finished; work on house 6 will start in week 26.
- The drywall in house 5 is up and has been closed on one side.
- The plumbing will complete the riser pipes in house 5 by the end of week 26.
- The ventilation ducts in house 5 are installed up to the attic.
- The wooden panels on the balconies of house 5 will be installed in week 26.
- The external lightning protection is prepared for the facade work.
- The metal railings for the windows are in production.
The following trades have been awarded:
- Shoring, earthworks, shell construction, Wu concrete, scaffolding, windows, electrical, ventilation, sun protection, WE doors, lightning protection, drywall, Steel doors, heating, plumbing, Carpenter, woodworking on balconies
Further procedure on the construction site House 5 and House 6:
- Completion of flat roof house 6, here thermal insulation and sealing.
- Preparation of the facade for the ETICS system.
- Advance rough installation.
- Interior plaster house 6.
- After the interior plaster of house 6, the drywall installation follows.
House 7 and House 8
- At House 7, the walls on the 4th floor are currently being built.
- At House 8, the concrete work for the ceiling above the 2nd floor is due to start.
- The underground garage is completely poured and formwork is removed.
- The windows for House 7 are in production.
- The preparation for the windows of House 8 is currently in progress.
- Precast parts (balconies and staircases) have been produced.
The following trades have been awarded:
- Earthworks, Shell construction, Wu concrete, Ventilation, Scaffolding, Ventilation work, WE doors, Lightning protection, Electrical, Windows
Further procedure on the construction site House 7 and House 8:
- Concrete the upper floor of House 7
- Concrete the upper floor of House 8
- Scaffolding setup with construction progress
- Preparation work for windows in House 8, as well as coordination of the assembly date for House 7
- The frames for the apartment doors will be ordered in week 26.
House 4, House 9 and House 10
- The construction site has been largely cleared.
- Explosive ordnance survey has taken place, with no significant finds.
- Soil sampling for pollutants has been conducted; results are not yet fully available.
- Excavation to begin in week 25.
- Start of shell construction work in week 27.
The following trades have been awarded:
- Explosives detection, earthworks, shell construction, shoring
Further procedure on the construction site House 4, House 9 and House 10:
- Excavation of House 9 and 10
- Create foundation pit for House 9 + install shoring
- Start of shell construction is in basement 2 of House 9 and then in basement 2 of House 4
- Connect construction electricity and construction water
- Set up construction site

We have received KfW funding, climate-friendly new construction with QNG (loan 298) for all apartments.

This subsidy program can be accessed via the Sparkasse Freiburg-Nördlicher Breisgau for all apartments in houses 6-8.
For apartments in houses 4, 9 + 10 you can submit individual applications for a KfW loan in programs 297, 298 or 300 (for families with children under 18 years of age).

- 150.000,- €
- 2.11 nominal
- 2 years repayment-free
- 10-year fixed interest rate
- First instalment on 31.03.2026
- Monthly annuity: € 526.16
- Commitment commission from 22.02.2025 (1.80 p.a.)
The KfW programs are continuing. For houses 4, 9 and 10, you can submit individual applications for KfW loans with updated conditions via the Sparkasse Freiburg as a “pass-on bank”.
The application for the development loan is handled by the Sparkasse Freiburg Nördlicher Breisgau.
If you have already attended an information event and are interested in learning more, you will have the chance to meet with the project management or architects of the individual buildings for personalized guidance and advice starting at 5 pm, before the event.
