Construction status:

House 5 and House 6

  • Ceiling above 4th floor House 5 is concreted, ceiling above attic will be laid this week Fri. and concreted next week
  • Underground car park part of houses 5 and 6 is concreted
  • 3rd floor House 6 is finished, walls 4th floor are being made
  • Houses 5 and 6 will be scaffolded as construction progresses
  • Electrical and ventilation insertion work running
  • Window installation house 5 basement to 3rd floor running, windows are installed
  • Window installation House 6 ground floor to 2nd floor currently underway

 

The following trades have been awarded:

Shoring, earthworks, shell construction, Wu concrete, scaffolding, windows, electrical, ventilation, sun protection, WE doors, lightning protection, drywall

 

Further procedure on the construction site House 5 and House 6:

  • Constructing the ceiling of house 5 in the attic, completion of shell construction expected at the end of March/beginning of April
  • Walls and ceiling 4th floor building 6, completion of shell construction expected at the end of April/beginning of May
  • Scaffolding construction with construction progress
  • Planning lead time is available
  • Window installation is underway, ground floor up to and including 3rd floor in house 5 and ground floor and 1st floor in house 6 are installed
  • Order WE doors
  • Elevator Building 5 measure

 

House 7 and House 8

  • The ceiling above ground floor house 7 will be laid today and tomorrow, insertion work Wed. and Thu.
  • Walls 1st floor building 7 from the middle of next week
  • Basement walls of house 8 are finished, ceiling above basement will be laid this week Thursday
  • Walls on the ground floor from the middle of next week
  • The TG is completely concreted
  • Work area has been partially filled since yesterday
  • Prefabricated elements (balcony and stairs) are being planned

We have received KfW funding, climate-friendly new construction with QNG (loan 298) for all apartments.

This subsidy program can be accessed via the Sparkasse Freiburg-Nördlicher Breisgau for all apartments in houses 6-8.

For apartments in houses 4, 9 + 10 you can submit individual applications for a KfW loan in programs 297, 298 or 300 (for families with children under 18 years of age).

This funding program can be accessed for all apartments via the Sparkasse Freiburg-Nördlicher Breisgau.

KfW 298 Conditions

  • 150.000,- €
  • 2.11 nominal
  • 2 years repayment-free
  • 10-year fixed interest rate
  • First instalment on 31.03.2026
  • Monthly annuity: € 526.16
  • Commitment commission from 22.02.2025 (1.80 p.a.)

The KfW programs are continuing. For houses 4, 9 and 10, you can submit individual applications for KfW loans with updated conditions via the Sparkasse Freiburg as a “pass-on bank”.

All residential buildings in the district are built according to the ‘Sustainable Building Plus Quality Seal’ (QNG seal), to energy standard Efficiency Building Level 40.
This means you have the opportunity to take advantage of the extremely low-interest KfW loan for climate-friendly new constructions to finance your portion of the project.

The application for the development loan is handled by the Sparkasse Freiburg Nördlicher Breisgau.

If you have already attended an information event and are interested in learning more, you will have the chance to meet with the project management or architects of the individual buildings for personalized guidance and advice starting at 5 pm, before the event.
